Digital PDF purchases

CVReady sells a downloadable CV PDF. If your download fails, the payment is duplicated, or the file is materially defective, contact Support with your order details so we can investigate and, where appropriate, restore delivery or arrange a refund.

Right to withdraw

Consumers may have statutory cancellation or withdrawal rights. For digital content not supplied on a physical medium, the right of withdrawal is lost only where the applicable legal requirements are met, including prior express consent to begin delivery during the withdrawal period, acknowledgement of the resulting loss of the right, and confirmation of that agreement. A pre-ticked box or general acceptance of terms is not sufficient.

Other legal rights

Nothing in this policy limits mandatory rights or remedies available under applicable consumer law, including rights relating to content or services that are not supplied as agreed.

How to request help

Email Support. Include the purchase email or Stripe receipt identifier and describe the problem. Do not email full payment-card details.
