CVReady is a service name operated by an individual. For support, contact Support.

2. What the service does

CVReady uses AI-assisted tools to help you prepare and format a CV. You can review the generated preview before purchasing a downloadable PDF. AI output may contain errors or omissions, so you are responsible for reviewing all details before using or submitting your CV.

3. Price and payment

The one-time price displayed at checkout applies to the PDF download. The price, currency, taxes if applicable, and any other charges must be shown clearly before you place the order. Payments are handled by Stripe and are subject to its applicable terms.

4. Your information and permitted use

You must provide information you are entitled to use and must check the accuracy of the resulting CV. You may use your downloaded CV for lawful personal job-seeking purposes. Do not use the service to impersonate others, submit fraudulent credentials, or violate applicable law.

5. AI output and availability

We aim to provide a useful service but do not guarantee that AI-generated content will be accurate, complete, or lead to employment. The service may occasionally be unavailable or require maintenance. Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

6. Digital delivery and withdrawal rights

The PDF is digital content supplied by download. Applicable consumer withdrawal rights may be affected when you expressly request immediate delivery and acknowledge the consequences, where the legal requirements for digital content are met. Nothing in these terms removes any rights that cannot legally be excluded.

7. Consumer rights and complaints

These terms do not remove mandatory rights you have under applicable Maltese or EU law. For questions or complaints, contact Support.

8. Updates

We may update these terms prospectively by publishing a revised version. Mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.
